Returns & Exchanges
Please note: There are different return policies for in store and online purchases.
Online Orders
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit, merchandise must be shipped to us within 10 days after delivery. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in brand new condition, with all original packaging included.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
Online orders that are returned within the eligible return window and approved upon inspection will be refunded to the original form of payment for the item price only. Original shipping charges are non refundable.
Please note: a 5% restocking fee applies to all returns over $300.
In Store Purchases
All in store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available for in store purchases.
Exchanges and requests for store credit must be received within 10 days of purchase and merchandise must meet the conditions outlined above.
Final Sale Items
All discounted items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
Delivery Responsibility
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered. Please make appropriate arrangements to receive your shipment.
