返金ポリシー

For a return to be accepted it has to be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving. The product has to include all original packaging and be in brand-new unworn condition. You can either log in to your account to request a return, give us a call at 510.649.6683 during store hours or send us an email at info@bowsandarrowsberkeley.com to let us know you're making a return.

We do not provide return shipping labels. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Once we've received your returned item in new and unworn condition we will refund your credit card for the total cost of the item purchased excluding shipping.

Sales on ALL DISCOUNTED items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen goods once your package has been delivered. Please make sure to make proper arrangements to receive your package.
