Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in brand-new condition, with all original packaging included.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment for the item price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note: a 5% restocking fee applies to all returns over $300.

Final Sale Items

  • All discounted items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

  • All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Delivery Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered. Please make appropriate arrangements to receive your shipment.
