If an order is placed before 11am PT we'll do our best to get it shipped out on the same day, orders placed after 11am will usually go out the next day. Weekend orders go out on Monday.

Returns initiated within 14 days of purchase in same as new condition will be eligible for a refund. That of course excludes limited launch product which is always final sale.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase are non-refundable.

Built through the strong network and accumulated operations of the parent company, Nepenthes, Needles is produced with no compromises.  Deconstructing mostly American military garments, the collections are assembled in Japan, reworking pre-owned garments into original new pieces, transforming the deadstock into the avant-garde.
